Financial result

Infovide-Matrix has successfully ended the first year of its presence on the WSE. The company’s sales revenue in 2007 grew to PLN 240.3 million. Operating profit reached PLN 21.1 million, and net profit PLN 16.76 million.

History

Infovide - Matrix SA was created as a result of a merger of two  leading Polish IT companies: Infovide S.A. and Matrix.pl S.A. We have been active on the IT services market since 1991.

 

Managment and shareholders

Infovide-Matrix management board consists of the company founders and its key shareholders. Mr. Marek Kobiałka, Mr. Jacek Królik and Mr. Borys Stokalski perform day-to-day management tasks and are responsible for the corporate strategy as well as for the company’s operational activities.
